We want to make you aware of some changes at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). Because most of our customers check in for flights on AA.com or use the Self-Service machines at the airport, several of our ticketing areas will be dedicated to self-service check-in only. Machines will be easily accessible and agents available to help with checked bags, as always.
Full service ticket counters will be available to assist customers with PriorityAAccessSM privileges and all customers with complex transactions including travel for unaccompanied minors or pets and flight changes. Full service counters are located at the following check-in areas:- Terminal A ticket counters – entrance A-21
- Terminal B ticket counters – all entrances
- Terminal C ticket counters – entrance C-21
- Terminal D ticket counters – entrance D-30
You also have the option to use the convenience of full-service Skycap check-in at the lower levels of Terminal A and C as well as the upper level of Terminal D.
